All services are provided in accordance with Zambian laws and regulations.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
Cooperate fully with our team and respond promptly to requests for information
Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon in our service agreements
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Notify us immediately of any changes that may affect your compliance status
Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during our engagement
Professional Standards
We commit to:
Providing services with professional competence and due care
Maintaining confidentiality of all client information
Acting in the best interests of our clients within legal and ethical boundaries
Staying current with regulatory changes and compliance requirements
Providing timely and accurate advice based on current regulations
However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, as regulatory decisions are made by government authorities.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are as agreed upon in individual service agreements or quotes. Payment terms include:
Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
Government fees and third-party costs are additional to our service fees
Late payment may result in service suspension
Refunds are subject to the terms of individual service agreements
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities or third parties
Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and compliance maintenance
This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose any confidential information except:
With your written consent
As required by law or court order
To regulatory authorities as part of compliance filings
To trusted service providers bound by confidentiality agreements
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
All outstanding fees become immediately due
We will provide all client documents and information in our possession
Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
We are not obligated to continue work on pending matters unless specifically agreed
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved through:
Good faith negotiation between the parties
Mediation if negotiation fails
Arbitration or court proceedings in Zambia as a last resort
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
